Q: "What in the world am I trying to accomplish with this blasted game!? And who the heck is PEMDAS and why are they Ordering my Operations!?
A: This game is meant to challenge your mental arithmetic skills. Watch the animated Tutorial for tips on how to play and a refresher on the Order of Operations & PEMDAS.
Q: "Can I play on multiple devices under the same account and/or back up my account before I switch to a new phone?"
A: Yes, click on the "Save Stats" button in the top left corner of the home screen. Enter an email and create a password and never worry about losing your stats and progress.
Q: "Can I use Parenthetical Exponents?"
A: Of Course! 6^(1+1) represents 6^2.
Q: "Is there a way for me to challenge my friends in a competition?"
A: Absolutely! Check out the Blitz Colosseum to challenge friends to a Blitz Battle - each player sees the same puzzle sequences and solves as many as they can in 10 minutes. Want to practice beforehand or simply compete against yourself? If so, check out the Solo Blitz within the Blitz Colosseum.
Q: "Does the equation builder recognize implicit multiplication?"
A: Sure Does! 5(4-1) is the same as 5x(4-1) - This could save valuable seconds in the daily challenge!
Q: "Where can I see my friends' equations for today's Daily Challenge?
A: You can see all your friends' equations within the Friends' Daily Challenge Leaderboard, located within the Friends Page!
Q: "Are there examples of winning/losing equations for me to reference?"
A: Yes! On all 3 game modes, click on the "Rules" button, which includes both examples of equations and a quick breakdown on how to play.
Q: "What are Puzzle Points & Battle Points?"
A: Earn a Puzzle Point by solving the Daily Challenge with a 'perfect solve', meaning a player used all 3 colored Power Dice within their specified operator functions to reach a sum of 37, rather than only using the required 2/3 colored Power Dice. Track your Puzzle Points within the 'Daily Challenge Stats' under the Stats button from the home screen.
Earn a Battle Point each time you beat your component in a head to head competition within the Blitz Colosseum! This applies to both Easy Blitz & Challenge Blitz games and a player can track their Battle Points within the 'Blitz Mode Stats' under the Stats button from the home screen.
Q: "What are the icons/badges next to players' usernames on the Global Leader Board?"
A: As players continue earning more and more Puzzle Points and Battle Points, watch how their Badges upgrade to represent their skills and consistency!
Q: "I just completed a Blitz battle with my friend and I want to see how we solved equations differently. Is that possible?"
A: Indeed it is! Click on the Blitz Colosseum on the home screen > Blitz Battles > Completed Battles > Victories/Defeats > View Results.
Q: "Am I able to mute the sounds in the game?"
A: Yes, click on the menu in the top right corner of the Home Screen and select, "Mute Sound".
