These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 37 - The Math Puzzle, available as a mobile app and as a website at 37themathpuzzle.app (the "App"), operated by HiiPointe Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
 

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
 

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

We may suspend or terminate this license at any time if you violate these Terms.
 

3. Accounts / Usernames / Data Collection

Username (Required)

A username (display name) is required to play. Usernames are pseudonymous gameplay identifiers and are not intended to identify you personally. You agree not to include personal or inappropriate content in your username. Usernames may be changed at any time within the App.

 

Optional Account Linking

You may optionally create an account using an email address and password to save and transfer progress across devices. Providing an email address constitutes personal information, which is collected and used solely to enable account features as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing this information is voluntary. Without account linking, gameplay progress may be lost if the App is deleted, you log out, or you change devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may remove or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
 

5. Free Access and Advertising

The App is free to download and play. We do not require payment information and do not offer purchases or subscriptions.

The App is supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdSense on the web version). By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.
 

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App

• exploit bugs or manipulate gameplay unfairly

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, and materials within the App are owned by HiiPointe Games LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.
 

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not responsible for loss of gameplay data or interruptions of service.
 

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HiiPointe Games LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiiPointe Games LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of any linked account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kansas City, Missouri.
 

Promotions and Prize Draws

From time to time we run promotions, including a free weekly prize draw. Participation is subject to the official rules published at 37themathpuzzle.com, which form part of these Terms. Where the official rules and these Terms conflict, the official rules govern the promotion.

 

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and no purchase improves your chance of winning. Entrants must be 18 or older and resident in the United States, and must hold a saved account with an email address attached so that we can contact them. You must also confirm in the app that you are 18 or older and live in the United States — there is a tick box when you create your account, and one on the giveaway details if you already have an account. We cannot enter you without it. Prizes are paid by Venmo or Zelle only, and an unclaimed prize is forfeited after the period stated in the official rules. A forfeited prize is not redrawn; it rolls forward into the next weekly drawing held after the claim period ends, except where no drawing remains, in which case HiiPointe Games LLC retains it.

 

 

You earn one entry for each Daily Challenge you complete. There are three Daily Challenges a day — Easy, Challenge and Expert — and one attempt at each per day, so you can earn up to 3 entries a day. Finishing all three every day is 21 entries in a Sunday-to-Saturday week, all of them yours — one person really can hold all 21. Your solve time does not affect entry; finishing is the only requirement. Entries do not carry over between weeks.

 

Practice rounds do not earn entries, however many you play — only the Daily Challenge for each mode counts. A Daily you complete while you are not eligible — under 18, outside the United States, without a saved account and email address, or without the confirmation described above — earns no entry, even though your time may still appear on that day’s podium.

 

Eligibility is not retroactive. If you complete Dailies and then sort out your account, your email or the confirmation afterwards, those earlier Dailies stay unentered; entries begin from the moment you qualify.

 

Each weekly drawing covers the seven days that ended the day before it. The first drawing is Sunday 27 September 2026, covering 20—26 September, and the last is Sunday 28 February 2027, covering 21—27 February. A Daily completed on a drawing day counts towards the following week’s drawing.

We may publish a winner’s username. We may cancel, suspend or amend a promotion where it cannot be run as planned, and we may disqualify any entry obtained through cheating, automation, or the use of more than one account by the same person.
